We had a blast exploring the vibrant streets of Dubrovnik's Old Town, with its charming cobblestone alleys and bustling markets. The highlight was definitely taking the cable car up Mount Srd for breathtaking views of the city and the Adriatic Sea. We even got to experience some adrenaline-pumping water sports at Banje Beach. Villa Martinovic's cozy rooms and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll definitely come back for another adventure!
The only thing we wished for was a lively bar or club nearby where we could party all night long. Don't get me wrong, the location was amazing and the ambiance was chill, but as teenagers, we were craving for a bit more excitement and a place to dance our hearts out.

Incredible owner, always available and helpful. Flat had amazing amenities including AC, Android TV, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels and toilet paper. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by a fresh forest with an amazing view. The villa had its own BBQ and a great pool with a nearby freezer. The flat also had a balcony and parking. The nearby restaurant was top-notch, with delicious seafood and friendly staff. We loved the homemade wine and grappa as a compliment. a 10/10 experience, and we will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed the trip here. The staff was perfectly fine and we met the owner. There was a bathtub in the bathroom; it was big size, btw.

amazing stay at a peaceful place on the heights of Dubrovnik with comfortable beds, nice terrace, and informative host. Great welcoming with local treats and fresh vegetables from the garden. Covered parking and rapid bus access to the old city. Highly recommend the private boat trip to the islands.
Washing machine handle broke off.

During my Xmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. the small town where I stayed was simply magical, and the stunning views it offered were unforgettable. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and breathtaking sights nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable.
the communication with the staff was a bit challenging due to the language barrier, which made it difficult to express my concerns and ask for assistance when needed. I found that the room I initially booked didn't match the description, and the issue with the locked door took some time to resolve.

I had the whole apartment to myself, with an amazing terrace view. The nearby restaurant was only 50 meters away, so convenient! Plus, free WiFi and tour assistance. Oh, and the free parking was just the cherry on top. Oh joy, I got to enjoy the pleasant soundproofing and the lack of a local shop. How delightful!

I recently stayed at Villa Martinovic for a week-long vacation. The owner was extremely friendly and supportive, always available to answer any questions. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a well-functioning AC and a fully furnished kitchen. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and toilet paper. I was impressed with the owner's attention to detail, including complimentary wine and grappa. The villa also had a fantastic pool and a barbecue area on the terrace. The location, surrounded by fresh forest air and breathtaking views, was perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility. The nearby restaurant, Konoba Dubrovnik, served delicious seafood and had friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming and had a lovely vintage feel to it. The general areas were beautifully maintained, with cozy seating areas where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea. As a senior woman, I was delighted to find that the hotel was very accessible, with ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate.
I would have preferred if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive and helpful to us senior guests.

The location of the hotel is in a quiet area of Bosanka village, almost on the very top of the hill, offering panoramic views of Dubrovnik bay. Within walking distance, there is a very fine restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meals. the room was comfortable and the bathroom was well-maintained.
The staff at the hotel were rarely available and had difficulty communicating in English.
